Noel Gallagher Will Write James Bond Theme Song in A Heartbeat

Noel Gallagher the 38 years old and former lead vocalist of Oasis said,  if he had a chance to write and perform the theme song to the spy movie 007 franchise he would grab it in a heartbeat and jump! He however thinks he would not be asked to since there are some more famous artists in consideration of the opportunity.

In NME after the revelation that  Sam Smith (Stay With Me) singer has written and will do the rendition to the "SPECTRE" theme song, Noel Gallagher said: ''If I was asked. F***ing too right. I'd record a Bond theme in a heartbeat. But they usually want people who are famous in America, don't they? I'm only famous in Manchester. And bits of south London.''

24 years old Sam Smith said that he wrote the theme song for James Bond for just twenty minutes only.

On James Bond 007 "SPECTRE" franchise, the singer was challenged to be asked if he will write the official song, and revealed that he is continue moving and keeping his involvement and said it was a ''top secret mission of my own''.

''I got called into the office with (producer) Barbara Broccoli and (director) Sam Mendes and they gave me the script, I read the script ... they said, 'Have a go at the song.'

''It's the quickest I've ever written a song - it took 20 minutes - and they loved it. I love the song so much.''

Grammy Award winner Sam Smith who wrote the song together with Jimmy Napes his longtime collaborator who also worked with his smash hit "Stay With Me". Smith is the first  solo male British artist of the James Bond theme since "Thunderball" of Tom Jones in 1965.
