Celanese Corporation to Showcase at Food Ingredients Asia

According to Business Wire, Celanese Corporation will exhibit at Food Ingredients Asia 2015 this coming September 9-11 in Bangkok Thailand. Celanese Corporation is a global technology and specialty materials company that offers sweetening and preservation solutions to food, beverage and non-food product manufacturers.

Carrie-Ann Lee, Celanese Qorus director in the Asia region said, "While consumers are seeking low- or no-calorie beverages - and manufacturers are exploring authentic taste profiles - Celanese continues to innovate without taste limitations."

"We bring world-class food ingredients and high-quality products to the Asia region and our Qorus Sweetener System can help achieve the perfect harmony and balance among formulation, taste and experience", Lee added.

According to their website, the product is said to "reduce the bitter after taste of traditional no or low-calorie sweeteners, increase the sweetness perception and results in shortening the lingering profile of the sweet after taste. The sweet optimizer inside the Quros sweetener system does not add its own taste."

The product boasts of freedom to innovate without taste limitations that sets them apart from the rest. The main purpose of the product is to assist food and beverage formulators in achieving their long sought-after authentic taste. It enables manufacturers to balance sweetness and flavour, giving consumers pure authentic taste.

The following products will be part of Celanese's exhibit in the Food Ingredients Asia:

  • Qorus®Sweetener System: a high quality sweetener system which balances sweetness and flavor without the need to mask certain off-notes for no- and low-calorie products.
  • Sunett®Acesulfame Potassium: an excellent high-intensity sweetener which can be used in unique combinations to create innovative tastes and meet legal dosage restrictions.
  • Nutrinova®Sorbates: our line of potassium sorbates and sorbic acid which can be an effective preservative against molds, yeast and many bacteria to protect consumer products.

The company will have a team of technical, sales and marketing representatives at their booths during the exhibit.
