A video of a diva customer at a Kebab restaurant is going viral. Apparently, the female customer got irate at the staff after they used green peppers after she allegedly specifically told them to use green peppers on her orders.
As a result, she threw insults at two female staff after they messed up her order and even told them that the customer is always right, according to Food Beast.
In this case, that saying may not be true as the diva customer began berating the staff not only for the mistake with the green peppers, but for speaking in a foreign language and taking too much time fixing the problem as well, according to Fox 8 Cleveland.
The video of the diva customer losing it at the Kebab restaurant was uploaded to YouTube Thursday. It was titled "Angry Hot Kebab Girl Meltdown."
The woman's dish comes traditionally with green peppers, but she said in the video that she ordered hers with red peppers. After she complained to two of the restaurant's staff at the counter, the staff discussed the matter in their native tongue. The diva customer then started losing her head and screamed at the staff.
"If you want to be polite to the customer, then you speak English," she spewed angrily. "My kids don't eat green things, they eat red peppers!"
The diva customer, who was speaking in an American accent, slammed her hand on the counter and pointed at the employees, reported The Daily Mail.
In the viral video of the diva customer, one employee is seen telling the woman that her meal usually comes with green peppers.
"I ordered it with red pepper, what are you gonna do about it?" she retorted.
One of the women staff told her that they would remake her order but that it would require 15 minutes.
She responds angrily, saying, "Fifteen minutes? I don't have 15 minutes for you not to know English, not to get it right the first time. You get it right the first time, the customer is always right."
She added that "'this is America," and accused the women of "being rude in whatever language it is you're speaking."
The customer seems to have had it, and decided to just gather her food and storm out of the restaurant. As she made her dramatic exit, she seems to have forgotten that the restaurant's door swings in rather than out. The woman, needless to say, gets karma as she face-plants onto the door.
After the video of the diva customer was uploaded to YouTube Thursday, it quickly became viral, gaining over 300,000 views. it now has more than 4 million views.
Many users have also commented and criticized the woman's actions.
"Imagine being married to that," said YouTuber "desie66", while another user asked if the diva customer was Republican Donald Trump's "lost daughter."
Many commented that the woman deserves what she got when she walked into the door.
