Serena and Venus Williams Face Off at US Open [PHOTOS]

Both Serena Williams and Venus Williams "won their respective matches at the U.S. Open on Sunday," as reported by Mashable.

While the tennis superstar sisters might just be rejoicing their victories, their respective wins are setting them up for a Williams sisters face off.

This will be the younger Williams sister's first U.S. Open Grand Slam in 30 years. Serena Williams has had a rough start to the U.S. Open, but her dedication and focus surely paid off on Sunday when she beat 20-year-old Madison Keys.

33-year-old Serena Williams recent win of 6-3, 6-3 within 68 minutes enabled her to move into the quarterfinals, where she's set to face her older sister, Venus Williams.

This will be the Williams siblings' fifth face off, marking their first in the U.S. Open for the past seven years.

"I get very nervous, because even if I have to play Serena, I still want her to win, so I have a hard time watching unless she's winning. Then it's easy to watch," said Venus Williams.

Venus Williams, who won the U.S. Open titles in 2000 and 2001, added, "So it depends on how my nerves are and I hope we can play in the quarterfinals."

35-year-old Venus Williams is just 15 months older than Serena. The younger Williams sister has been slowly making a comeback into the calendar-year Grand Slam.

Steffi Graf was the most recent one to achieve this, which happened 27 years ago. Serena Williams has already garnered two "Serena Slams" - holding the title for four Grand Slam titles at the U.S. Open, Australian Open, French Open, and Wimbledon.

However, Serena Williams has yet to win all four titles within the same year. She further notes, "I have to play like I did or better today."

She also adds that either way, "a Williams will be in the semis, so that's good."

Watch out for the U.S. Open quarterfinals to find out which Williams sister will prevail.
