SKINNY COW's New Divine Chocolates

This week is American Chocolate Week. Chocolate is often associated with being high in calories, sugar and fats. SKINNY COW is allowing consumers to enjoy chocolate without worrying about excess calories.

The candies come in two flavors: Caramel and Peanut Butter Crème. The Caramel flavor is described as velvety milk chocolate filled with luscious caramel. It has 130 calories per pack and 7 grams of fat. The Peanut Butter Crème is described as velvety milk chocolate on the outside and delicious peanut butter crème on the inside. It has 130 calories per snack and 7 grams of fat.

According to the Sacramento Bee, American Chocolate Week began about 25 years ago. Members of Congress supported the idea to celebrate America's favorite dessert. It also reported, SKINNY COW would allow its consumers to virtually send Divine Filled Chocolate to their front door. This is going to begin on April 3. Consumers can log into their Facebook accounts, and answer a few short questions. They can create a short, personalized video using Google Maps technology that allows them to see the entire journey "Divine Drop" journey. The journey begins on an airplane, and ends on their front lawn.

"SKINNY COW Candy Divine Filled Chocolates will be sold in single serve pouches with three pieces inside for a suggested retail price of $0.99, and in take-home 6oz., boxes that include six single serve pouches for a suggested retail price of $4.29."

SKINNY COW offers its consumers a variety of low-calorie snacks. The company offers frozen treats such as low-calorie ice cream. SKINNY COW offers its consumers Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream. The ice cream flavor has150 calories per cup, and 2 grams of fat. The company is offering its consumers a limited edition flavor called Caramel Mochaccino. It is low- fat mocha ice cream swirled with creamy caramel. SKINNY COW produces chocolate clusters. The bite-sized chewy clusters of creamy caramel and crispy pieces covered in chocolate, contain 120 calories per pouch. Nestlé owns SKINNY COW. The brand prides itself on producing low-calorie chocolate products for its consumers.
