Chance the Rapper has also fired shots against Miley Cyrus.
The rapper wasn't in attendance for the 2015 MTV VMAs, which was hosted by Miley Cyrus, but did give his piece of mind on some things about the awards show.
On Sunday evening, Chance the Rapper shared a photo on Instagram captioned, "#vmas are on tonight. Me and @badgalriri will NOT be in attendance."

Although he didn't offer an explanation, his snap aptly shows how appalled he is that Rihanna's "B-ch Better Have My Money" and "Sunday Candy" were snubbed from nominations.
However, Chance the Rapper was tuned into the broadcast, and tweeted some of his insights about the show. The 22-year-old rapper definitely did not like Miley Cyrus' skits for the 2015 MTV VMAs. He first tweeted, "These skits <"

He also wasn't a fan of Miley's hair choice for the evening, "The dreads <," he tweeted.

But what probably set him off was Miley Cyrus' use of the word "mammy," which Mashable describes as "a racially-charged term about black women used in the Antebellum south."
Posting a pic of the word's historical context, he wrote "Mammy" alongside the tweet.

It seems as though others weren't too happy about Miley's word usage either, including MSNBC's Janet Mock and author Roxane Gay.
Soooo @MTV does anti-racism PSAs but lets white girls wear dreads, say "mammy", and make police brutality jokes? :////

Wait, did Miley say "Mammy"? — Goldie Taylor (@goldietaylor) August 31, 2015
Miley...before she left for tonight's #VMAs where she evoked #Mammy for the masses. https://t.co/DoPizjlGOv

"My real mammy" oh girl. Oh god. — roxane gay (@rgay) August 31, 2015
Was Miley Cyrus really being racist during the 2015 MTV VMAs? Who knows, but seems as though she's on the bad list of Chance the Rapper now, too.
Chance the Rapper net worth is currently $1 million.
