Taylor Swift has been trying really hard to get BFF Selena Gomez a date. Now that she's dating famous DJ Calvin Harris, Taylor apparently wants Selena as happy by finding someone she could get to know with.
Hollywood Life reports the 23-year-old former Disney star is giving the 25-year-old 'Bad Blood' singer a really hard time.
"Friends want to set her up, but it never really works out," a source told Hollywood Life. "Taylor and other close friends always ask her about guys and were very happy when Zedd was a thing, but it's hard to set up someone with Selena. She is a tough egg to crack."
Selena sure doesn't like settling for less as "The Heart Wants What It Wants" singer has previously said in her Yahoo interview that the next guy she's going to be with should be her true love. "The next relationship will be something dear to me," she said.
After going through a number of heartbreaks, Selena shares Taylor is among the first people she'd call for help. "I can count on one hand the people I could call and who would be there for me. Taylor is one of the greatest people," she shared. "When I split with [Nick Jonas] and I was really sad about it, she flew into town with homemade cookies and a bunch of junk food."
People always bringing up her past relationship with Justin Bieber, however, still continues to get into her nerves. "Disappointing seeing interviews I've done recently that sound like the exact same interview I did when I was 16," she ranted on Twitter on Tuesday.
"I just want to release the album already.. I'm ready for people to know who I am NOW," she posted later. With a new album coming up, Selena just couldn't wait for people to know how she has finally moved on.
