Celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain had a bad day courtesy of American Airlines, and he let the Twitterverse know in real time. Passengers waited over two hours until AA finally admitted the delay was caused by someone leaving excrement on their seat.
Bourdain proceeded to give the airline a piece of his mind:
"@ottaviabourdain: @bourdain yeah let's see what time American Airlines will deliver you here!" You got that right . Late as usual

The chef sarcastically tweeted:
But but I had timed my airport margaritas and Valium for a timely departure! #AA

I feel this #AA airline situation is a case for @dadboner He'd know what to do!

Latest news is it took #AA two hours to admit a passenger dropped a wet deuce on a seat. Need to change planes

He seems to have a low opinion of airline reps:
"@frogbleu: @andrewzimmern @bourdain you guys r crying? stay home" airline rep

And last he was heard from, the pilots were "roaming" the airport, perhaps waiting for something that would never arrive. Perhaps a plane?
Now pilots roaming freely...waiting for Godot. #AA

Anthony Bourdain is known for travelling the globe in search of good food, as opposed to friend Andrew Zimmern who searches for "interesting" food across the planet. Bourdain's sensitive tastes and outspoken ways have earned him wide acclaim, and his television shows draw large audiences.
After all the drama, it would have been nice if Bourdain had tweeted an "all's well." There's always another flight.
