Fans of 'Parks and Recreation' should be prepared when they see Nick Offerman in the second season of 'Fargo.' The famously whiskered star who played Ron Swanson in the hit comedy series has shaven his iconic mustache and looks almost unrecognizable!
According to EW, Nick Offerman will play the town lawyer named Karl Weathers, who is described as a "true con artist" who also happens to be a "flowery drunk." The former 'Parks and Recreation' star admits that his fans made fun of him when he shaved his mustache after the season finale.
"I've had to learn to take it as a compliment when people say 'I saw Nick Offerman without his mustache, and I vomited because it was so horrible,'" Offerman told EW. "That means 'Parks and Rec' was so effective that people can't imagine me without my mustache."

Another star who will appear clean-shaven in 'Fargo' Season Two is Patrick Wilson, who is set to portray the younger version of Keith Carradine's character Lou Solverson. The 'Insidious' actor also spoke to EW about the new season, which will be a prequel set in the 1970s.
"There are so many characters, so many woven storylines," Wilson said. "And watching it reference different Coen brothers movies, and I'm sort of maybe a little bit Tommy Lee Jones in 'No Country [For Old Men],' sort of trying to get all these factions of criminal together, solve this crime - it was absolutely unbelievable."

Patrick Wilson also expressed his admiration for showrunner Noah Hawley and the 'Fargo' crew.
"I really felt like Noah Hawley, who is our showrunner and creator - luckily he had a great team of writers that helped him out so he did not shoulder the entire load for 10 episodes - but his vision of this show and the way that he can map out this entire epic," Wilson said. "And it really is epic this season."
The second season of 'Fargo' will premiere on FX on October 12.
