The 'Ghostbusters' reboot has a sexy new receptionist in an Avenger and the God of Thunder!
It was recently announced that 'Thor' and 'Avengers' star Chris Hemsworth has been cast as the secretary in the upcoming all-female remake of 'Ghostbusters.' The actor has initially turned down the part but eventually agreed after the role was rewritten by director Paul Feig and co-writer Katie Dippold. Thor will now play a bigger part in the film and might even have an action sequence.
It looks like Chris Hemsworth also has another perk for playing the nerdy secretary in 'Ghostbusters.' New photos of the actor have surfaced, and they show that Hemsworth will be wearing the famous 'Ghostbusters' uniform similar to the ones the scientist wear when they are out for a ghost hunt.

Chris Hemsworth is seen sporting nerdy glasses with a shorter haircut while he happily rides a motorcycle. It looks like the ladies of 'Ghostbusters' allow their receptionist to join them when they have some ghosts to bust.
'Ghostbusters' will be directed by Paul Feig and stars Kristen Wiig as Erin Gilbert, Melissa McCarthy as Abby Yates, Kate McKinnon Jillian Holtzmann and Lesley Jones as Patty Tolan. Neil Casey will play the villain and Andy Garcia will appear as the Mayor of New York City.
The original 'Ghostbusters' are also set to make an appearance in the remake. Dan Ackroyd, who portrayed Dr. Raymond Stanz in the original movie, will have a cameo as a taxi driver. Bill Murray, who played Dr. Peter Venkman, will also be in the reboot.
Chris Hemsworth recently appeared in the comedy 'Vacation' and will be seen in the drama-thriller 'In the Heart of the Sea,' which is set for release on December 11. In addition to 'Ghostbusters,' he is currently working on the 'Snow White' spin-off 'The Huntsman.'
The 'Ghostbusters' reboot will be released on July 15, 2016.
