'Captain America' Update: First Look At Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther On 'Civil War' Set! Is T'Challa Teaming Up With Bucky Barnes? [PHOTOS]

The Black Panther is finally in action on the set of 'Captain America: Civil War!'

There are new images showing T'Challa in full Black Panther costume being rigged up for a possible action sequence. The character, which will be portrayed by Chadwick Boseman, is set to make an appearance in 'Captain America 3' with a mission that is not necessarily related to the Avengers.

The Black Panther photos were posted by meyerfotos on Instagram, with the older picture allegedly showing T'Challa with the Winter Soldier. The second photograph depicts Black Panther hanging against a wall, ready to pounce.

The first picture has the caption, "#ChadwickBoseman as #BlackPanther and #SebastianStan as #BuckyBarnes #filming in #Berlin for #CaptainAmerica #civilWar #Action #Stunt #marvel #marvelcomics."

It is possible that the man in the costume is a stunt double for Chadwick Boseman. Bucky Barnes may also be portrayed by a stunt man for the scene.

The first photo somehow goes against the reports that the Black Panther is hunting down the Winter Soldier. There were speculations that T'Challa believes Bucky Barnes assassinated his father T'Chaka, the original leader of Wakanda and protector of the metal Vibranium.

The picture seems to show that T'Challa and the Winter Soldier are working together. Bucky Barnes has previously been reported to take Captain America's side in 'Civil War' together with Falcon and the Scarlet Witch.

Does this mean that the Black Panther will be on Team Captain America?

Marvel president Kevin Feige has already confirmed that the Black Panther will not be taking any sides in 'Captain America: Civil War,' and instead will be on a mission. There is a possibility that T'Challa will be hunting down his father's assassin, who is seen to be Ulysses Klaw in the comic books.

The identity of T'Chaka's killer will finally be revealed when 'Captain America: Civil War' hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
