Steve-O Net Worth: ‘Jackass’ Star Climbs Crane To Protest SeaWorld, Gets Arrested But Now Out On Bail [PHOTOS + WATCH]

"Jackass" Star Steve-O (AKA Stephen Glover) decided to climb a 100-foot crane as a protest stunt - which he also live streamed on Facebook -- against SeaWorld on Sunday night. The crane is found somewhere in Hollywood.

Steve-O, also a well-known animal rights activist, wore a "Blackfish" t-shirt - a reference to the 2013 documentary about killer whales in captivity -- and took an inflatable killer whale.

This is Shammy. We're gonna do a big dangerous stunt tomorrow in Los Angeles that will probably get me in a lot of trouble, and you can watch it happen at 7pm PST via a live stream on my Facebook page. #SeeYouAt7pmTomorrow #yeahdude

The pool party favorite had the words "SeaWorld sucks" written on the side of it. It was then included in the stunt, which he later on set off fireworks with, as per Associated Press.

The theme park operator, SeaWorld, has long been facing criticisms for maltreatment of killer whales, among other aquatic animals that are constantly displayed in its confines.

According to KTLA, firefighters quickly responded to the scene after being tipped off about "a possible suicide attempt in the 6000 block of West Selma Avenue."

In addition, the Wall Street Journal reports that "several dozen emergency workers and vehicles - including more than 80 firefighters, five ambulances, a helicopter" and 30 LAPD officers were present at the scene.

"Anyone want to bail me out of jail?" was Steve-O's last Facebook post Sunday night.

After officials pleaded the famous stuntman to climb off, Steve-O was arrested "on suspicion of trespassing," said Officer Jack Richter of the LAPD, via LA Times.

Let's do this live.

However, other reports claim that Steve-O was also taken into custody for setting off a firework without a permit, along with the conspiracy to commit a crime.

LAPD Lt. Michael Ling said, "He's trying to make a statement I suppose, and it's highly discouraged because it's absolutely wasting a lot of police and fire resources on this."

Steve-O was released on Monday, at 10:50AM on a $5,000 bail. He will be appearing in court on August 31st. Steve-O net worth is at $2.5 million.

Last night was intense, and now we're headed to Fiji. Big thanks to @theperfectwave06 for setting up our stay!
