‘Harry Potter’ TV Show Isn’t Happening Says J.K Rowling

Harry Potter fans have been keeping their hopes up, as they'd continually wish that their favorite fictional wizard and his friends would soon return on the screen, these rumors regarding the Harry Potter TV series however were put to rest by the creator of Harry Potter herself, JK Rowling when she made it clear that the Harry Potter TV series would be happening as per BBC.

A Harry Potter fan once asked her if Harry Potter TV would come to life and she then slammed the idea saying: "Right after the opera, Potter-on-ice and the interpretative dance version of Beedle the Bard"

To all those begging for Potter-on-Ice: the image of Ice Voldemort performing the triple salchow will haunt my dreams tonight. #sick -@jk_rowling

The good news is however you would be able to watch Harry Potter and the rest of his friends on ice and on the theaters as the "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is currently on the works and would soon hit the theatres next year. Though Rowling made it clear that the play isn't a prequel of the Harry Potter series she did however make sure that it's something to look forward to, Rowling stirred up excitement among her fans when she stated that Harry Potter and the Cursed Child would be the untold part of Harry's story as per Entertainment Weekly.

And another good news for Harry Potter fans is when Rowling released minor teasers about the movie spin off of the American wizarding world of the Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them on twitter.
