Literally being the person who wrote the book about selfies, it's no shock that when the most famous star of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" meets someone as important and currently relevant as Hillary Clinton, a selfie had to take place - so now Kim Kardashian's Instagram boasts a photo with the Democratic Party presidential nominee.
Earlier this week, Clinton was attending a benefit in Los Angeles that was attended by Kanye West and his famous reality star wife, so no time was lost until Kim Kardashian's Instagram featured a pic of the Hollywood power couple with half of one of Washington's biggest power couples.

Time Magazine reports that the event was held by Clinton's campaign at L.A. home of Scott Braun (the manager of pop stars like Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande), so there were a whole lot of big shot A-Listers at the event, including John Travolta.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Kim Kardashian's Instagram selfie didn't only feature herself with Hillary (of course, photobombed by Kanye), but also showed the reality star's full support for the politician, using the hashtag #HillaryForPresident.
However, Jezebel reports that there was a minor typo in the original Kim Kardashian Instagram selfie, having written "presisent" instead, much to her own dismay - but matters were solved quickly when the reality star, model and entrepreneur deleted the pic only to re-upload a typo-free version only a few minutes later.
Interestingly enough, it wasn't only Kim Kardashian's Instagram showing off her new acquaintance in Washington, as her mother, Kris Jenner, also took the time to get a snap with the former First Lady and State Secretary, although Jenner kept things a bit more serious by having someone else take the snap for her - not everyone in the Kardashian-Jenner household is as big on selfies as Kim!
