The first GOP debate on Fox News Thursday proved to be exciting television because of Donald Trump. Apart from calling American leadership weak, there's another comment he made which is making headlines this week, and it's against none other than non-political personality, comedian Rosie O'Donnell.
At the 2015 GOP debate, moderator Megyn Kelly asked Donald Trump about his critical views on women.
"You've called women fat pigs, dogs, slobs, disgusting animals. YourTwitter account has several --," said Kelly.
To this, the candidate-businessman's surprisingly responded by cutting off Kelly, raising his finger, and saying with a smirk, "Only Rosie O'Donnell."

Trump then went on to say that he and the United States do not have time for "total political correctness," adding that many of his comments online he meant to say for "fun."
After Trump's slam against Rosie to Kelly's question at the 2015 GOP debate, Kelly clarified and said, "For the record, it was well beyond Rosie O'Donnell."
"Your Twitter account has several disparaging comments about women's looks," she added. "You once told a contestant that it would be a pretty picture to see her on her knees. Does that sound like the temperament of a man we should elect as president?"
Trump responded: "I think the big problem this country has is being politically correct. I don't frankly have time for total political correctness. Frankly, what I say -- and oftentimes it's fun, kidding, we have a good time -- what I say is what I say. And honestly, Megyn, if you don't like it, I'm sorry."
Several minutes later, O'Donnell responded to Trump's shaming via Twitter. She wrote, "try explaining that 2 ur kids."

This exchange at this year's GOP debate and on Twitter between Trump and O'Donnell isn't the first time the two were involved in a feud.
In 2006, O'Donnell called Trump a "snake-oil salesman" after he decided to keep Miss USA Tara Connor. In response, Trump said O'Donnell was a "nice fat little Rosie" and a "dummy," according to USA Today.
Donald Trump also initially got boos at the first GOP debate even before he made the comment against Rosie.
After he claimed that he refuses to pledge support for the eventual Republican presidential nominee unless it's him, people chanted boos against the business tycoon, reported ABC News.
"I can totally make that pledge if I'm the nominee," Trump said after Fox News host Bret Baier asked the candidates whether they would be supporting whoever is nominated.
"I will not make the pledge at this time," Trump added as the audience booed further.
"I want to win as the Republican," he concluded his statement. "I want to run as the Republican nominee."
The often foolhardy, reality TV billionaire definitely didn't disappoint expectations of making the first Republican presidential debate on Thursday must-see TV.
There are still 180 days of the debate before the first Republican primary contest is held in Iowa, reported People.
