Chris Brown Demanding Another Paternity Test On Royalty

Following an earlier feud between Chris Brown and Royalty's mother, Nia Guzman, over their daughter's support and custody, the R&B singer has reportedly filed legal papers which ordered a second paternity test on Royalty, according to reports.

Guzman's family attorney, Carl Anthony Moore said, "Chris is asking the judge to order a paternity test." The news about the singer wanting a paternity test for Royalty came after a month since he filed the legal documents.

On the previous battle that Chris Brown and Nia Guzman have been engaged in, Nia was reportedly asking an amount of $15,000 every month as child support. But Brown didn't agree as he found Guzman's request absurd and ended up paying only $2,500. However, the final agreement was settled at $10,000.

Though Brown first agreed to the amount that Guzman was asking from him, he apparently decided to cut off the agreement after he knew that she brought their daughter to Royalty's grandmother, Joyce Hawkins, instead of bringing her into his home.

As he raised his appeals, the 'Loyal' singer claimed that Guzman deprived him from seeing Royalty, which pushed him to ask the judge to put a clear guideline of Royalty's support and custody.

Brown has also asked that Royalty's birth certificate be changed and his name should be enlisted as her father, since Nia's boyfriend, Brazil Riesling, is currently the one listed on the birth certificate.

As the case runs, if proven that Chris Brown is the biological father of Royalty, he will have the right to battle Guzman over Royalty's support and custody.

Meanwhile, Brown's ex-girlfriend Rihanna reportedly wants to help the singer amidst his custody battle for Royalty.

A source said that Riri "told Chris she'd go to court with him and tell the judge that he's a great father who's capable of taking care of Royalty."
