Lea Michele Dedicated Some of Her Time as She Joins the #ActuallySheCan Campaign

The #ActuallySheCan campaign is a self-empowering campaign raised to inspire young women to achieve and to inspire them for the better. It empowers then to accomplish their health, wellness and their carriers. It is a campaigned joined by celebrities shedding a light to those girls who feels that they won't be able to make it as per report on Hollywood Life.

One of these celebrities, Lea Michele Sarfati or better known as Rachel Berry on the TV series Glee is doing her part in empowering women by dedicating some of her time in the campaign. She joined #ActuallySheCan campaign which was started by Allergan. She did confess in an interview with People that she too gets her motivation to strive for better fitness and wellness from powerful women. During the interview she did make a following statement regarding her stand on self-empowerment and fitness motivation.

"The same effort that I've put into fitness is the same thing that I'm doing with this campaign, to show people the importance of spreading education, for everyone to take care of yourself, to have good health and achieve all of your goals."

"I've just been having so much fun because this is genuinely how I live my life,"

Who's with me?". "Everyone has to do things at their own pace and in their own way, but if someone can take one bit of education from this, then I've done my job."

"I attribute my personal and professional successes to not only my self- reliance and determination, but to the inspiration, education and support I received from others who helped me stay true to myself and my goals," Lea Michele states regarding the campaign. "I am sharing my #ActuallySheCan story so I can help motivate and encourage all women to share their individual journeys and goals, so we can collectively help each other reach milestones. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing a woman leave her mark."

The #ActuallySheCan campaign is also joined by other celebrities such as Lo Bosworth, Louise Roe, Mel B of Spice Girls and Emmy Rossum.
