Tyga is in big trouble with the owner of the Calabasas, California home he’s been renting. Unfortunately, this isn’t unfamiliar territory for the 25-year-old rapper.
He was reportedly ordered to pay his ex-landlord $80k in overdue rent only a month ago, and now Tyga is facing another set of financial woes as it is claimed that he has failed to pay two month rent on another Calabasas home which he shared with former partner, Blac Chyna.

Tyga is being sued by the landlord for not paying up to two months of rent, reports TMZ. His monthly rent is $25,000 so that brings him to a $50,000 debt.
If the landlord doesn’t receive the entire amount due from Kylie Jenner's boyfriend by Saturday, August 1, Tyga faces eviction charges which will start at $833.33 a day, claims the report.

And it doesn’t stop there. The report suggests that Tyga’s ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna is still on the lease, so she could be drawn into the property mess.
Her name is reportedly still on the paperwork, so that means she’s been listed as a defendant as well.
Kylie Jenner's brother-in-law Kanye West believes that Tyga is spending more than he's earning, acting like he's as rich as Oprah Winfrey.

“Kanye thinks Tyga is talented beyond belief and a gentleman, whom he considers family because he’s with Kylie [Jenner]. Kanye, however, doesn’t like Tyga’s over-the-top lavish lifestyle," a source tells HollywoodLife exclusively. "Kanye told Tyga he needs to ‘tone that s*** down’ and ‘you’re not Oprah, so stop fronting and pretending like you have her wallet.'”
It was previously reported that Kylie Jenner really wants Tyga to come and live in her brand new $2.7 million home. If that’s the case, maybe it’s time that Tyga pays his rent, ends his lease, and moves in with his girlfriend. Maybe the teenager can show him the ropes of handling his money responsibly.
