Out of all the tabloids in the world, it seems like United Kingdom's The Daily Mail is the one that gets into the most trouble with celebrities these days, as last year they had a major dispute with George Clooney over publishing fake information about his then-fiancé Amal Alamuddin - and now it's Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis speaking out against the publication.
Last fall, then engaged couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis had their first child, Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher, and although they've tried their best to keep their baby girl off the spotlight, it hasn't halted tabloids from seeking out pictures of her - but the Kutchers aren't having it.
According to The Guardian, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have filed a lawsuit in the U.K. against Associated Newspapers, the people behind the Mail, after having published two different articles featuring snaps of their baby girl.
BBC reports Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are suing not only for misusing private information and breaching the Data Protection Act, but also because the paparazzi snaps were used for "unauthorized" promotion of clothing on the newspaper's site, MailOnline.
"Ashton and Mila understandably value their private and family life, and in particular their personal time with their daughter. Like any other family they should be allowed to enjoy family outings without being pursued by photographers," said Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis' lawyer, Paul Tweed, in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. "They have made it clear that they do not agree to the publication of photographs of such occasions."
Besides the Clooneys and the Kutchers, other celebrities who've had problems with The Daily Mail include Oscar winner Angelina Jolie, who last year was reportedly setting up a lawsuit against the paper after it allegedly posted a video of the mother of six using heroin.
For now, the publication hasn't spoken about the recent Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis lawsuit.
