'Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation' star Simon Pegg simply cannot dodge questions about his two new movies.
Pegg, who will reprise his role as Montgomery 'Scotty' Scott in 'Star Trek Beyond,' will also appear in another big-budget sequel 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens.' Despite the fact that he is currently promoting 'Mission Impossible,' Simon Pegg still keeps getting questions about 'Star Trek' and 'Star Wars.'
The 'Shaun of the Dead' actor, who also wrote the screenplay for 'Star Trek Beyond,' was asked by MTV about Idris Elba's villainous role in the film.
"It's a really interesting, complex character," Pegg said.
Idris Elba has been confirmed to portray the villain in 'Star Trek Beyond.' However, as much as the description also fits previous bad guy Khan in 'Star Trek: Into Darkness,' Simon Pegg assures that Elba's character will be completely different from Benedict Cumberbatch's.
"Only because it would be a retread," he said. "What we don't want to do is have the same kind of villain with the same motivation."

Pegg was also asked about his role in 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens,' but he was unable to confirm the character's name and backstory. Instead, he apologized for not telling the truth and not telling anything at all.
"The NDA actually came with electrodes, which are pressed into the base of my skull," Pegg explained. "I can't tell you anything!"
He did admit that there was no possibility in Daniel Craig making a cameo as one of the Stormtroopers in 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens.' It was previously rumored that James Bond himself will be in the film, a speculation that Simon Pegg himself let slip.
When asked whether audiences will see Daniel Craig as a Stormtrooper in the movie, Simon Pegg simply answered, "No, you won't."

'Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation' also stars Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt, Jeremy Renner as William Brandt and Alec Baldwin as Alan Hunley. The film will premiere on July 31.
