Fashion model and singer Ciara Princess Harris, who started dating Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson earlier in April this year, vows to remain celibate until they tie the knot, according to reports.
The 'I Bet' singer, who admitted the decision to remain celibate, insists that she will not have sex with him until a ring is put on her finger. During her interview with the Access Hollywood, Ciara also revealed that it was their decision as a couple to remain abstinent.
"It's until the deal is sealed! Absolutely," Ciara said.
Ciara, 29, said that she did not get any objection from her boyfriend upon raising this issue of abstinence.
"It was an organic thing for him and I think he was just being honest about where we are," the songstress added. "It's cool when you get to build a foundation with someone on how much you care for each other and really know each other's personalities, so it's really fun."
Prior to Russell Wilson, Ciara was previously engaged to the 'Move That Dope' rapper, Future, with whom she had a one-year old son.
Future, on his take to Ciara's current relationship with Wilson, though he said he has nothing against the two, he strongly disapproves of Wilson hanging out with his son.
"I wouldn't want someone pushing my son, that's the number one rule," the rapper said as he was referring to the football star, who was caught by paparazzi pushing his son in a stroller while Ciara stood nearby.
After Ciara broke up with Future in August last year, the model also dated rappers 50 Cent and Bow Wow, and NBA player Amar'e Stoudemire.
Russell Wilson on the other hand, was previously married to Ashton Meem in January 2012, the same year that he signed for four-year contract amounted to $2.99 million with the Seattle Seahawks.
Wilson and Meem separated in April 2014 after their two-year marriage and a year after, he began dating the black beauty, Ciara.
Amidst claiming to remain celibate until they get married, Ciara also openly admitted that at times, they struggle to keep what they have promised. She added that though it is not really easy, she's still "really enjoying" her relationship with Russell Wilson.
