Taylor Swift Sent Sweet Birthday Tweet To BFF Selena Gomez As She Turned 23

Despite her busy schedule, Taylor Swift did not miss out greeting one of her best friends, Selena Gomez, as the 'Come & Get It' singer celebrates her 23rd birthday today, July 23, according to reports.

The 25-year old 'Bad Blood' singer, who's really busy completing the set of her 1989 World Tour, took some time to post a very sweet birthday message on Twitter with four throwback photos of them together.

"Happy 23rd Birthday, @selenagomez," Taylor wrote. "I can't believe it's been 7 years since we met!! I love you so much, always."

In the four pictures she shared, the first one shows Taylor and Selena in color, tightly hugging each other while the rest of the background remains black & white.

The second picture shows the duo enjoying a bite of their food on the 'Bad Blood' set, followed by a photo of Taylor kissing Selena's cheeks. The last picture was a throwback during Taylor's 25th birthday last year, showing the BFFs having fun with some balloons around them.

Taylor Swift, who was previously disappointed with her BFF after she heard the news about Selena and Bieber hanging out in a hotel in California, seems to be really doing a great job when it comes to keeping her relationship with her best friends, regardless of her hectic timetable.

Besides Taylor, Ashley Benson, who's also a close friend of Selena and her co-star in the 2012 movie 'Spring Breakers', also did not miss out a shout out of greetings to the celebrant, posting a photo collage on her Instagram page.

"Happy birthday my sweet angel. It's been so fun watching you grow up over the years," the 25-year old Pretty Little Liars star wrote. "Love you always @selenagomez."

After maybe seeing her friends' and fans' warm greetings on social media, Selena Gomez posted her own photo, covering her face in front of a piece of brownie topped with a lighted candle. She captioned it, "I am the luckiest, happiest girl today. Thank you guys so much for all the bday wishes!! I love growing up with YOU."
