The Kardashian's stranglehold over the TV landscape shows no signs of letting up. Khloe, The youngest of the three Kardashian sisters, is planning a return to the small screen. However, this time it won't be in the form of a reality TV show.
Her new venture will be a 1-hour studio based talk show called 'Kocktails with Khloe'. The show will air on the FYI Network and promises a new spin on the traditional sit-down interview format. The network's official press release says:
"Join Khloe in the kitchen and around the table for an intimate dinner party filled with cooking, pop culture, conversation and outrageously fun party games."
Guests on the program will no doubt be culled from the youngest Kardashian's extensive list of Celebrity and Hollywood pals.
Gena McCarthy, Senior Vice President of Programming and Development for the network said:
"Khloe Kardashian is an iconic millennial voice, we look forward to sharing her unique personality, wit, and insight with the FYI audience."
Khloe seems eager to get back to work following her rocky divorce from former NBA star Lamar Odom, who co-starred with her on her previous TV project 'Khloe and Lamar.' In a statement she said:
"I'm lucky that I've been able to invite fans into my life and home on a weekly basis and this show will give me an opportunity to continue to do that with new and exciting guests,"said Kardashian in a statement Tuesday. "Being an executive producer allows me the opportunity to create original content and I can't wait to show my fans what we have in store on Kocktails with Khloe."
Khloe will still be a part of 'Keeping up with the Kardashians', the original reality show which birthed the Family's multi-million dollar empire.
Khloe will also be adding the title of author to her resume, as she gears up for the release her still untitled self help and advice book, which is scheduled to hit shelves on November 3.
