High School Musical 3 Star Gets Arrested and Involved in a Shootout With Cops

Justin Martin who used to be a child actor after his famous stint in Disney's High School Musical 3: Senior Year, has found himself in the middle of chaos after he was reported to be involved in a shootout with cops in Boston according to TMZ.

The Huffington Post also got a hold of the reported incident stating that the cops told TMZ that they came to the vicinity of the said incident only after they heard the other officers heard some guns firing in the area. Martin was said to be involved along with another suspect. The two were reported to be armed with guns who started the whole firing, but eventually ran away.

The cops chased them but said that the former child actor pointed them his weapon although he didn't fire it. However, the other suspect who was also with Martin did fire his gun.

Us Weekly also learned about the former Disney actor's trouble with the law incident and reported that the police actually tried shooting him but then they missed because he was running fast. However, the cops eventually captured him and started making an arrest. A point 22-caliber handgun was confiscated from the actor when he was arrested. The police also caught the other suspect and found a point 25-caliber handgun from him.

TMZ wrote that Justin Martin was arrested with illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition for carrying a loaded gun. In addition to that, he was also charged with two counts of assault using his loaded gun.

Martin's last project was MTV's "Eye Candy." It was a series that didn't last long on air. As for those asking what's the reason behind this news and the actor's sudden criminal behavior, no reports were out just yet to explain what exactly occurred that night.
