Jon Snow Lives? ‘Game Of Thrones’ Director Meets Barack Obama, POTUS Desperate To Know Kit Harington’s Destiny [VIDEO]

It's a well-known fact that celebrities are just as hooked with "Game of Thrones" as the rest of mortals are, and it has been revealed that even superstar Beyoncé Knowles is a huge fan of the show and got husband Jay Z to get her one of khaleesi's dragon eggs from the shoot - and the Jon Snow lives theory has got even famous people wondering.

Famously, Kit Harington's iconic character in the show died in the last scene of the past season, as the series caught up with George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels - but among those convinced that in fact Jon Snow lives is U.S. President Barack Obama.

According to Vox, during the "Game of Thrones" panel at Comic-Con, director David Nutter talked about his most iconic encounter with the Jon Snow lives theory, when Obama himself asked him whether the character was really dead.

The Huffington Post reports that Nutter's response to POTUS' Jon Snow lives hopes was ruthless, as the show's cast and crew refuses to change their posture about the fate of Eddard Stark's bastard son who was recently stabbed to death "for the Watch."

"Mr. President, Jon Snow is deader than dead," Nutter told Obama, according to Entertainment Weekly, thus shattering the Jon Snow lives hopes of the leader of the free world.

The questioning towards actors hasn't stopped in the past few weeks, with every single cast member being asked what they knew about the show, as even book readers have numerous theories about the character's possible return from the dead - many of them involving Melisandre, the Red Woman.

During the same Comic-Con panel, the people behind the hit HBO epic also showed an audition reel featuring some of the biggest characters, including auditions by Natalie Dormer, Gwendoline Christie, Rose Leslie and even Pedro Pascal.

For now, it seems like the Jon Snow lives theory is nothing short of a dream.
