Man Made A Music Album Secretly At An Apple Store- Find Out How He Did It

Get familiar with this new artist and rapper because not only is he talented, but he is also resourceful. His name is Prince Harvey from New York and what's fascinating about him is the fact that he recorded a full album by going to an Apple store in SoHo and used their display computer.

This brilliant artist did it for four months secretly in an Apple store. He did this because he had no choice and no means to record an album. It's expensive to rent a studio and his computer also broke down on him. This was the only way possible that he would be able to finish an EP or a short album. He named his album PHATASS, where in every letter stands for "Prince Harvey At The Apple Store- SoHo."

According to The Daily Beast, the rapper did it everyday for four months from Monday through Friday. He wasn't bothered by the weather and his determination to finish the project kept him going. He would ride the train as early as 9am just to cross Brooklyn to Manhattan.

All his songs are recorded in pure acapella. The first time you will hear his track; you will think that he used instruments to record those beats. But no, those are all his voices alone blended with his rap and rhyme skills. Apple has strict security, so Prince Harvey wasn't able to record with real beats.

The rapper didn't plan to record at the Apple Store. He told The Daily Beast how his computer died and how his external drive gave up and New York being an expensive city, won't make him afford to just buy a new replacement. All the bad luck didn't stop him from making music. And now his project is done and the world can now hear his masterpiece. Click this link to listen to his album.
