Jessie J Puts On A Show At Wireless Festival In Her Return Performance Since Mystery Operation

She was admitted to hospital for a mystery operation last month. But Jessie J looked fighting fit as she made a comeback on Sunday night at London's Wireless Festival in Finsbury Park.

The Price Tag hit-maker reclaimed her pop princess throne as she performed an energetic set, belting out her set list from her current Sweet Talker tour The 27-year-old star added some drama to her outfit with a long white shirt and a pair of PVC ankle boots. She gave a nod to festival fashion with a long, flowing wig, with sparkling sliver clips setting off the raven tresses.

Jessie upped the goth chic factor with a gold choker necklace and a ring in her nose. The Voice Australia's new coach gave it her all on stage and showed no sign of her recent health woes. Following her performance, Jessie enthused on Instagram: 'I felt so lucky to be on stage today. If you had seen me last week, "No one in my friends and family thought I would bounce back for this show (inc myself). It took everything I had but I did it, I did it. Thank you #wirelessfestival." She had taken to Twitter the previous day to reassure fans she would definitely performing at Wireless, despite not feeling her best.

Jessie has been lying low for the last two weeks after being struck down with a mystery health problem, for which she underwent surgery. Jessie didn't hold back when it came to the accompanying message, posting a mammoth essay explaining why she was keeping a low profile on social media. The star went on to reassure her devoted followers that it was nothing to do with her vocal chords or her well-publicised heart condition. There is still no word of what her mysterious health condition was but it is clear that she is doing well even when faced with a serious problem.
