According to Time Magazine, the Matt Damon and Ben Affleck FIFA film will have the two actors as producers through their own company, Pearl Street Films, with Gavin O'Connor (from "Warrior") directing the movie, after having worked with Affleck in "The Accountant," with Anthony Tambakis hired to write the screenplay.
