Lena Dunham Jack Antonoff: Will ‘Girls’ Actress Marry Boyfriend Now That Same-Sex Marriage Is Legal Nationwide?

Including Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, there were many couples in Hollywood who said they wouldn't be tying the knot until everyone in the country, including same-sex couples, could do the same, and it would seem like Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff were one of those - and now the HBO star and screenwriter's asking her beau to put a ring on it!

Only a few weeks after appearing in Taylor Swift's all-star "Bad Blood" video, the Golden Globe winner is hinting that Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff, the 30 year-old lead singer of Bleachers, will be walking down the aisle soon, now that everyone in the country can legally marry.

According to Jezebel, the 29 year-old actress, writer and director had promised that Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff wouldn't get married until everyone else could in the United States, and now that this is officially a reality all over the country, she's telling her man to wise up!

People Magazine reports that it didn't take long for the star to remember her longtime pledge, as she celebrated the civil rights victory on Twitter, then adding an extra tweet directed at her boyfriend since 2012 with a simple message: "Get it on, yo..."

"The idea of having a celebration that can't be fully shared among all the people in my life and all the people that we love just doesn't really feel like a celebration at all," the actress told Ellen DeGeneres a few months back, according to Sydney Morning Herald, when asked about whether Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff would be marrying soon. "So until that's something that everyone can join into with no sense of being left out on any level, politically, emotionally, it's just not something that we're gonna do."

Is this the official beginning of an engagement between Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff? One thing is clear, there's no excuse anymore!
