Although Patrick Schwarzenegger and Miley Cyrus have already called it quits, Patrick's dad Arnold Schwarzenegger still has a lot of good things to say about the Wrecking Ball singer, according to reports.
During his interview with Howard Stern for Sirius XM radio show on June 24, Wednesday, the 'Terminator' star has openly talked about his son's breakup with the pop star, saying that there are no hard feelings between the two.
"Under normal circumstances, maybe I would be nervous, but I'll tell you the reasons why not," Arnold said. "One is my kids are very strong. They have had their upbringing. They know exactly how far they can go and they should be adventurous, they should venture out and meet different people, so I was not worried about that."
He went on to say that, "The other thing is when I did meet Miley Cyrus, when she came up to Sun Valley skiing during the holidays, I found out that she is a fantastic person."
Knowing for a fact that Miley has recently been engaged with several issues, the 68-year old former Governor of California was not even moved about it and his admiration for the singer didn't change.
"She was a wonderful person, then she has this career side where she maybe has to be a little out there, and is maybe a little different because she grew up in a music family. So what? It didn't bother me."
On the interview, Arnold also admitted that Patrick and Miley had a wonderful relationship when they were still together, but it just "eventually fell apart."
While the public feels like there isn't a chance for the ex-lovers to get back together, at least it's good to hear from Patrick's dad that there's no bad blood between the two.
The actor will be reprising his character as Conan the Barbarian in the 2014 movie "The Legend of Conan"and will star in the fifth Terminator film, "Terminator Genisys" which is set to be released this July 1, 2015.
