Calvin Harris made a major PDA move on Twitter by calling Taylor Swift "my girl" after her impressive blog post that made Apple follow her request.
The "Blank Space" singer has previously removed her chart-topping 1989 album from the company's new music streaming service, Apple Music, after learning that the world's largest tech company planned to stream free music without paying music artists during its free trial.
The 25-year-old singer then wrote an open letter, "To Apple, Love Taylor" explaining her move and hoping that the iTunes creators will change their minds.
"With all due respect, it's not too late to change this policy and change the minds of those in the music industry who will be deeply and gravely affected by this. We don't ask you for free iPhones. Please don't ask us to provide you with our music for no compensation," Taylor wrote.
Apple's senior vice president, Eddy Cue then tweeted that they have heard the artist's concern, and confirmed that they will then pay musicians on a per-stream basis on Apple Music's free trial.
"I just played a gig inside a giant owl and my girl just changed the entire music industry what a day," tweeted Taylor's superstar-DJ boyfriend on Monday, MTV reported.

This is the first time that the Calvin spoke publicly and proudly about his girlfriend.
According to Seventeen, the "Love Story" singer also flashed a subtle PDA when she revealed in her concert that she happens to "love Scottish people."
"This is my first time playing in Glasgow and you sold this place out in seconds. I happen to love Scottish people, personally," Taylor said on the mic.
Although Taylor has not really said she is already in-love with her Scottish beau, her statement got people wondering if she did tell the world she is.
Hollywood Life also reported that the pop superstar blasted Calvin's "Feel So Close" track before she went on stage at her Rio concert.
