Father Calls 911 About Son's Suspected Dedication to ISIS

Justin Sullivan a 19 year old of Morgantown, North Carolina will be liable of terror-related charges, this according to the complaint that was filed in a court at Charlotte, North Carolina. Sullivan was allegedly making plans for several domestic attacks proving his dedication to ISIS leaders.

FBI Special Agent in Charge John A. Strong, stated: "Justin Sullivan intended to commit violent acts against innocent people in the U.S. to support the terrorist organization ISIS."

Justin's parents Rich and Eleanor Sullivan appeared in court with tears in their eyes. It was Justin's father, Richard who who turned him into authorities by calling 911.

Rich Sullivan calls 911 back in April, quoted as saying in that emergency call: "I don't know if it is ISIS or what but he is destroying Buddhas and figurines and stuff.... I mean, we are scared to leave the house."

After Rich Sullivan called the cops, the FBI stepped in with an undercover operative that already has Sullivan's trust. Later the parents and authorities found out that, not only Justin wanted  to kill hundreds of people stateside, Justin also wanted to find someone to kill his parents.

According to the informant of the FBI, Justin Sullivan wanted to set off a vehicle bomb to kill as many as 1,000 people. Justin also said that using chemical weapons were his other choice.

When Justin Sullivan was arrested, he had in his possession a gun silencer. The teen's parents had been suspicious of their son's behavior, but they didn't expect to that extent.

Justin Sullivan is charged with one count of attempting to provide material support to ISIS, also one count of transporting and receiving a silencer in interstate commerce with purpose to commit a felony, and one count of receipt and possession of an unregistered silencer, unidentified by a serial number.The penalty carries a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
