Caroline "Tula" Cossey was a Bond girl in "For Your Eyes Only" but made headlines early in the 1980s when a British tabloid revealed that Cossey was a transgender woman.
Now, Tula is giving her first interview after 20 years to Playboy magazine, and has shared some advice for Caitlyn Jenner about surgery.
Cossey gave her interview to Playboy prior to Jenner's Vanity Fair debut. In the interview, Caroline referred to Caitlyn as Bruce and used the pronoun "he."
Tula talked about her reaction upon hearing the news of Jenner's decision to transition. "It was a bit of a shock, to say the least. He's been such an incredible athlete and hero, with all those raging male hormones running through his body."

The first transgender woman to pose for Playboy back in 1981 doesn't encourage undergoing surgery. "I hope he's not in a hurry to get surgery. I would hate for him to lose his three-piece suit and live to regret it."
But Caroline Cossey pointed out what Sawyer failed to ask Jenner in her interview in April. "Sawyer never asked him, 'Does wearing women's clothes turn you on sexually?' That's what somebody needs to establish."
"It's actually the first thing a psychiatrist asked me in counseling. That would be a fetish, and there's nothing wrong with having a fetish. Life's too short; enjoy it, whatever," Cossey said.

Tula also talked about "horror stories" of people who "[became] miserable" post-surgery. "It's a very painful surgery. I would hate for him to lose that part of his body and go through transition, especially at this stage in his life, because he's no spring chicken," Caroline spoke of the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star.
She continued, "He's in a public situation going through something so sensitive. I pray he gets the right counseling." Cossey even added, "It's not what's in between your legs at the end of the day."
In spite of Caroline "Tula" Cossey's warning and advice for Caitlyn Jenner, the former Bond girl still hopes that Caitlyn finds happiness and sends well wishes to the 65-year-old Olympian.
