Chris Rock Net Worth, 'Grown Ups' Star Granted Joint Custody Of Daughters

As his divorce battle with Malaak Compton-Rock goes on, "Grown Ups" star Chris Rock has just been granted joint custody for his daughters.

After filing for divorce at a New Jersey court in December 2014, Rock followed up to request for joint custody of his two daughters with his estranged wife.

Allegations say that Compton-Rock didn't allow Chris Rock to have an access to 13-year-old Lola Simone and 11-year-old Zahra Savannah.

Chris Rock may be rejoicing in his mansion as the former couple finally came to an agreement regarding shared custody of the two girls. The revelation came to light when the New York Post was able to get a hold of the court papers.

The same court documents also show that Malaak Compton-Rock is fighting to get a share of Chris Rock's hard-earned fortune, since their pre-nuptial agreement had already ceased.

Compton-Rock claims that the "pay out" she is asking for will permit her to sustain "the marital standard of living," as reported by WENN.

With Chris Rock's net worth amounting to $70 million, as per Celebrity Net Worth, the "Everybody Hates Chris" executive producer's worth might soon dwindle down if Malaak is able to get a slice of that cake.

Since their marriage, Compton-Rock became a full-time mother to the two daughters while living in their lavish Alpine, New Jersey home. Their neighbors include Mary J. Blige and Yankee pitcher CC Sabathia.

Chris Rock's former spouse currently spends her leisure time at charity events and the like. She runs "The Angel Rock Project" and also appeared as a judge in 2008 on "Oprah's Big Give."

Chris Rock and Malaak Compton-Rock were married in 1996. The two met at the Essence Awards while Malaak was still working in the public relations industry. The pair shared over 20 years of marriage together.
