Selena Gomez Announces New Single 'Good For You'

After dropping hints on her Instagram account, Selena Gomez finally confirmed that she will be releasing her newest single 'Good For You' on June 22.

On her official Instagram account, the 22-year old singer posted two photos that seem to denote the behind-the-scenes of her new album's most-awaited music video.

She captioned it "Good For You.' June 22. Now who would like the first look of my new music video?"

Though Gomez provided clues earlier this month regarding her newest album, it was only on June 10 that her fans were able to get a sneak peek of who might be the artists working with her.

The "Come and Get It" singer posted an Instagram photo with songwriters Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels, in which she captioned "From LA, Mexico back to LA. This is a magical team...#Soon".

Stevie Mackey, Selena's vocal coach, also dished about the singer's upcoming record.

Mackey revealed that 'Good For You' to be more of the singer's past and present experiences which might include her past relationship with Justin Bieber. "One could deduce that she is [singing about him]," he said.

Mackey also highlighted how different Selena is in her new album, "Selena's voice sounds amazing and her album will be much different than the Disney sound she's done in the past." He added, "She's recorded a lot of new songs at this point and she sounds beautiful".

While everyone is on the lookout for Selena's music video to finally be released, the pop star again gave a sneak peek on Instagram. She teased her loyal fans: "Another big announcement tomorrow....Stay tuned!"

The Disney Channel star, who is currently working on her latest movie 'Hotel Transylvania 2,' was recently spotted attending the movie's photo call event at the Summer of Sony Pictures Entertainment event held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel on Sunday, June 14.
