Caitlyn Jenner Being Sued For Damages After A Fatal Car Crash

Former Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner transformed into transgender reality TV celebrity Caitlyn Jenner is facing a law suit connected to the one that was charged of her last February on a car accident in Malibu, California, which killed a 69-year-old woman.

The charges were filed against Jenner at the Los Angeles Superior Court by talent agent Jessica Marie Steindorff as per Yahoo News' coverage. It is to seek damages connected to the four-car crash that occured on the Pacific Coast Highway earlier this year. Apparently, Jenner left the accident without any bruises or injury but had one woman died from it and 4 other people injured, which includes the talent agent.

Caitlyn Jenner who by that time the incident happened was still known as Bruce, swerved into oncoming traffic while he was driving a huge SUV that hit a smaller white car. The woman who died was identified as Kim Howe and her stepchildren are now also filing charges against the olympian turned reality TV star for some damages due to the car crash. It was the impact from the crash that cause Howe's death according to The Guardian.

Jenner once again made the pages of known society publication Page Six, but this time it's not for something the former gold medalist would be proud of since this involves getting in trouble with the law. Page Six wrote how exactly the accident took place according to the authorities present in the area. A Prius was stopped in traffic and was hit from its back by a Lexus that was then hit by Jenner's Cadillac Escalade. Jenner reasoned out that she too was a victim on the said accident, but no developments as to what the final verdict would be in her case as of the moment.
