Guns N’ Roses’ Slash Selling Mulholland Estates Mansion For $11 Million

Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash and wife Perla Ferrar is selling their rock 'n' roll style mansion for nearly $11 million. Their Mulholland Estates mansion is attractive with its alligator print wallpaper and the custom-made black crystal chandelier.

Located on Clerendon Road in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles. The top-hat-wearing former Guns N' Roses guitarist's Tuscan Villa-like home is measured 11,000-square-foot.

For the price of $11 million, the mansion comprised the three-story pad with six bedrooms,A large walk-in closet is available in the master bedroom, a swimming pool with outdoor bar, and a fairly large kitchen with double islands. The lot also includes aSkate ramp for recreation. 

The ground floor of the mansion is an adult playground. There is a well-supplied nightclub with DJs booth, also have a golden dancing pole and photo booth. True to every rock icon's home, the mansion has it's very own professional recording studio with vocal booth. A screening theater and wine cellar also pose as leisure pleasure places in the mansion.

In 2009 Slash and Perla Ferrar bought the Mulholland Estates mansion for $7.3. Back then, the couple renovated and modified the place and took them six months to finish.

Mulholland Estates are the home of many celebrities like Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton, Vanna White and Robbie Williams.  

Coldwell Banker Previews International agent - Jade Mills said: "A lot of celebrities love Mulholland Estates because it's gated and difficult to get in to and there's no paparazzi."

The rock 'n' roll couple already accepted the end  of their marriage in December.

Early this year, TMZ cameraman was told by Perla Ferrar that their plan for the separation was "pretty amicable." Perla said: "I don't know how any of that's gonna work, but I know he's gonna do the right thing for me and his children, as I would do the right thing to him. Like I said, it's amicable, so there's no bad blood - at least not yet."
