As Sarah Hyland becomes the new face of Hawaiian Tropic Island Sport, People sat down and talked to the "Modern Family" actress to talk about summer, and her relatively new 'do.
Hyland recently hopped on the bob bandwagon and chopped her locks into a chin-length bob in March. The new hairstyle was just in time for the coming summer heat.

But People asked her if she intends to keep the short 'do, and Sarah answered that the fate of her bob lies in the hands of her TV series, "Modern Family."
"It depends on what 'Modern Family' wants - if they want to keep it short, it's short. If they want extensions, I've got to get extensions. But for right now, I'm really enjoying it because I'm able to just put my hair down and I'm cool," Hyland responded.
Talking about the new formula from Hawaiian Tropic, Hyland discussed the importance of using sunscreen.
"It's waterproof, so you can be outdoors and go on a bike ride and sweat. I just go in my backyard in the Valley and all I have to do is sit there and sweat, and [the sunscreen] still stays on and protects your skin - it doesn't fade away," the new representative said.

Sarah Hyland also shared her beauty routine during hotter days. "I wear a lot less makeup and a lot more sunscreen." She added, "I usually only wear mascara, and that's it. Maybe some concealer, but mostly sunscreen and mascara."
She also mentioned her love for Hawaiian Tropic's Ultra Radiance Lotion, "it makes your skin all sparkly," shared the "Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters" actress.
Sarah also gushed about some wardrobe envy. But it's not for any other celebrity's wardrobe, it's for Haley's - the character she plays on "Modern Family." Most of the clothes are tailored to Sarah's (and Haley's) petite 5'2" frame.
