As June rolled out, Gwen Stefani took to Instagram to debut her new hair on Sunday. The video shows Gwen tossing and turning her head on both sides to give and in-depth look on her newly dip dyed 'do.
In slow motion, the video was captioned, "Hi #bottlerock #napa #nodoubt #ubetterdowhatitellutodo #connection #channellove gx."

The No Doubt singer's new tresses look just as fabulous as her hair flip in the video. Her signature platinum blonde locks are still visible on the top of her head, before it goes jet black.

Gwen Stefani has always been ahead of the pack when it comes to hairstyles and clothing choices. Bringing back the trend, the "Hollaback Girl" was sure to take dip dyeing to the next level.
Stefani even posted a video where fans could see her keeping track of the likes she's gained for the hair-flipping video. Gwen debuted the new hairstyle at the No Doubt concert at BottleRock Napa Valley.

But there's something more bananas than Gwen's new do. Everyone's favorite tune, and Stefani's hit single, "Hollaback Girl" has just hit its tenth anniversary.
The track once held the top spot on the Billboard charts from May 7 until May 28 in 2005. In fact, fans would need to thank Courtney Love for the catchy tune, for insulting Gwen as a "cheerleader."
In 2005, Gwen told MTV, "Y'know someone one time called me a cheerleader, negatively, and I've never been a cheerleader."
She then continued, "So I was, like, 'Okay... You want me to be a cheerleader? Well, I will be one then. And I'll rule the whole world, just you watch me.'" Gwen couldn't have been more right about that statement.
But even ten years after its release, no one still knows what a "Hollaback Girl" is, nor has Stefani actually confirmed what the term means. Take a trip down memory lane and sing along to the music video below.
