Coffee Benefits: Study Finds 2 Cups Per Day Keeps Erectile Dysfunction Away

A lot has been studied about the different coffee benefits this brewed drink have on the body, including how it can clean arteries when drinking it regularly a few times a day, plus being a great support in fighting obesity due to its antioxidant properties and it's even linked with a lower risk of melanoma.

Indeed, there are a lot of coffee benefits, and its cleaning arteries properties are the same that can ultimately fight erectile dysfunction as well, as it can ultimately help the arteries loosen up and relax, making bloodstream an easier task.

According to The Mirror, a new study from the University of Texas made the latest discovery among different coffee benefits after studying the eating and drinking records of almost 4,000 men, particularly focusing on those that drank between 85mg and 170mg of caffeine every day - namely, about two cups.

Tech Times reports that the study that found the newest among coffee benefits surveyed 3,724 men all over the age of 20, and they were asked about their caffeine consumption along with their experiences with erectile dysfunction; this was taken account through all possible intakes of caffeine, including sodas and teas as well as the dark brewed drink.

Metro reports that the new findings of coffee benefits were released earlier this week by the university's Health Science Center located in Houston, and they found that those men who drank between 85 and 170mg of coffee a day were actually 42 percent less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction than those who had no caffeine intake whatsoever.

However, there was another interesting finding: there's such a thing as a perfect amount, as those who consumed between 171 and 303 milligrams of caffeine per day were actually 39 percent less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction, though the difference is hardly substantial between the two percentages; in any case, that's one more addition to the many coffee benefits!
