In North Korea, workers at a terrain farm are afraid of getting executed after Supreme Leader Kim Jong-Un got angry at their irresponsible work attitude.
In preparation for the celebration of the Korean Workers' Party's 70th anniversary, Kim Jong-Un visited the farm, his father, the late Kim Jong-Il started. The farm breeds lobsters and terrapins, which were what Kim wanted to be served at the sumptuous feast.
CNN reports the UN deprived North Korea from import benefits, thus making it important for the country to cultivate their own crops and livestock.
In a story released by North Korea's official news agency, KCNA, the farm failed to produce fresh-water lobsters and that the managers at the farm were "irresponsible" at work.
Despite Kim Jong-Un smiling in his photos during his official trips, state newspaper Rodong Sinmun showed on its front page a photo of the supreme leader in a state of anger, aiming his hand at the farm officials. Other photos of his rage at the terrapin farm are posted on Mirror UK.
KCNA states that he "strongly criticized the shortcoming of its officials as a manifestation of incompetence, out-moded way of thinking, and irresponsible work style."
Established to provide people with seafood, including the country's costly delicacy, terrapin, Kim was disappointed by the farm officials' inability to achieve his father's goal. "The employees who failed to bear deep in their minds Kim Jong-Il's leadership exploits could hardly perform their role as masters in production," a raging Kim reportedly said.
The farm managers may or may not be punished by execution following the inspection by the president.
This incident comes just days after defense minister Hyon Yong Chol was killed by air gun as punishment for sleeping during a military event. Workers at the farm are afraid they might be next.
According to intelligence reports gathered by South Korea, there are 16 officials who will be executed this year for questioning Kim's authority.
