Britain’s Tallest Burger: 30,000 Calorie Burger Is ‘King Of Whooper!’

Britain's tallest burger is the latest craze to try when you're in U.K. The King of whooper has 30,000 calories enough to feed a person for two weeks.

Britain's tallest burger, a 28-inch culinary masterpiece is composed of 10 gourmet patties, seeded buns, 20 slices of cheese, and one red onion, two beef tomatoes, one slice of lettuce, and seasoned with fiery chili sauce.

Called '999 burger,' Britain's tallest burger is the current record holder of the tallest tower of meat that measures two-and-a-half-foot.

It can be ordered at Craig Harker's restaurant at "The George" in Stockton, Teeside, for a price of £35. However, Harker gives generous refund to anyone who can finish Britain's tallest burger in just one sitting, the Daily Mail reported.

"It's got to be the most calories in any burger in Britain. I'm eyeing up my chances for the world's biggest now," Craig Harker, 28, stated.  "My daughter Isla is only two feet tall, so this one is even taller than her. She's a bit overwhelmed by it."

It was not the first time that the restaurant was featured in headlines. In November, before the birth of Britain's tallest burger, Harker created the biggest burger in the U.K. weighing 67 pounds.

The burger that weighs almost five stone was made from 48 pounds beef, four pounds of cheese, 1 pound red onions, two 20-inch-wide burger buns, 2 pounds lettuce, 2 pounds tomatoes, and 2 pounds mayonnaise.

While the biggest burger in U.K. was made by Chef Graham Harker, Britain's tallest burger is being prepared and cooked by chef, Josh Heslop, 19.

In March, Mehiläis Pesä restaurant, a restaurant in Finland claimed that they hold the world's tallest burger in the world after creating 16-foot-tall hamburger tower that costs $2,200.

According to ABC News, the owner made the world's tallest burger 'just for fun.' Although the owner of the restaurant stated that they hold the current record of the world's tallest burger, the 'Guinness Book of World Record' hadn't confirmed it.

If you're in U.K. and want to try Britain's tallest burger, then stop by at "The George" but make sure you can finish it in single sitting for a full refund!
