According to E! Online, Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder married over the past weekend in a beautiful wedding in Santa Monica, California, right at the time of the sunset - just like women across the world wanted to marry the actor!
People Magazine reports that Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder married at Topanga Canyon last Sunday in front of friends and family - not to mention helicopters and paparazzi trying to snatch pictures of the happy couple as they took their vows in the middle of the California wind, looking incredibly happy.
It was an all-white wedding for Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder, as the vampire couple (as she starred in the "Twilight" saga and he in "Vampire Diaries") said their vows wearing light colors.
Reed, 26, and Somerhalder, 36, were first spotted together last July, about a year after the actor had confirmed that he'd broken up with his co-star Nina Dobrev after a long relationship.
Since they began dating, Reed and Somerhalder have adopted a horse and a kitten, as they both share a love for animals besides each other.
After the wedding, many eyes have turned to Somerhalder's ex Nina for a reaction but, according to Hollywood Life, she seems to be more than okay with the whole thing: the morning of the wedding, she tweeted a peaceful message that implied that she had no hard feelings in her heart for her ex.
