Breast Milk Ice Cream will be available again in UK after London-based ice cream makers the Licktators partnered with Victoria Hiley, a breast feeding advocate. Hiley said that breast milk ice cream is a perfect product to mark the upcoming birth of the Royal's second baby.
The breast milk ice cream will be named Royal Baby Gaga, which is made from breast milk donated by mothers after passing strict hospital standards, according to the Eater. Breast milk is added with Madagascan vanilla for that perfect delectable ice cream taste.
'There was huge support from breastfeeding women for Baby Gaga ice cream in 2011, yet some politicians still stigmatise women for breastfeeding in public,' Victoria Hiley says.
"We thought the birth of a Royal baby was a great time to whip up support for mums and say that when it comes to ice cream this summer, breast is best."
Victoria Hiley stated that with breast milk ice cream, everyone can be reminded of "how delicious breast milk is, whatever the age."
It is also a good chance to promote breastfeeding timely for the birth of the Duchess of Cambridge's second child. Further she added mothers will be reminded of its benefits, the Independent reports.
The breast milk ice cream is not the first time product in UK. Hiley first launched the first-ever breast milk ice cream in 2011 however it was pulled out from the market due to some controversial reasons.
The breast milk ice cream is not yet available but will be out this summer in selected London stores. It can also be purchased in Licktators official website beginning Saturday, the predicted birth of the Duchess' second baby.
