However, two days after the concert, Bobby Brown's lawyer, Christopher Brown, and wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown made revealing statement contradicting to his claim. His wife stated that he was in "an emotional state" during the time he claimed that Bobby Brown daughter was awake.
"My husband made an attempt to correct the negative comments he must endure on a daily basis from both family and the public regarding his daughter's medical condition. He is encouraged by the steps that Bobbi Kristina has made since her hospitalization on January 31, 2015."
"She has made it out of ICU, opened her eyes, and started a rehabilitation that will be long and hard," Bobby Brown's wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown said.
Bobby Brown's lawyer, Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC also made a statement as he said, "there a need to clarify the reports on the condition of Bobby Brown daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
He detailed although Bobby Brown daughter is awake, the state of her condition remains unknown for the coming years. He clarified that there has been big positive change since Bobbi Kristina was transferred from Emory University Hospital.
But she is presently in rehabilitation and her prognosis is something that is unpredictable. He added Bobby Brown daughter will have long life as doctors claimed.
Following Bobby Brown unexpected claim in his Dallas concert, his sister Tina Brown confirmed the same on her Facebook page stating that Bobby Brown daughter, her niece is awake and is no longer on life support, the Us reports.
