According to The Mirror, while the whole world was focused on what would happen between Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev's characters on the hit supernatural show, Somerhalder and his fiancée were seen walking around in Venice together in a romantic getaway, looking completely unable to keep their hands off each other.
It must have been tough for Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev's work relationship after Reed walked into the picture, as things moved incredibly fast for the new couple: the "Twilight" actress moved in with Somerhalder after only three weeks dating and already have four dogs, three cats and two horses - though they have no children yet!
According to Hollywood Life, before the announcement of Dobrev's departure from the show was made official, the actor tried to savage the professional Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev relationship, begging his ex to stay on the show for one more season as, even though things would be smoother for him at work if she left, her character is as key to the series as his.
