Bruce Jenner wrongful death lawsuit may put the former Olympian to another headline after dragging his name to the death of the Kim Howe, the 65-year-old woman, who died in the fatal car crash on Feb. 7.

This proves that Bruce Jenner is not off the hook yet. Bruce Jenner wrongful death lawsuit apparently came out on Thursday after stepchildren of Kim Howe released a statement that they are now gearing to file a lawsuit against the former Olympian.

Kim Howe, the 65-year-old woman, who died in the fatal car accident, was driving a Lexus sedan in the Pacific Coast Highway when Bruce Jenner driving a Cadillac Escalade rear-ended her car. She then hit a Toyota Prius and swirled to a black Hummer causing her unexpected death.

On the height of Bruce Jenner wrongful death lawsuit news, TMZ learned that the case will be filed by Howe's estranged step kids, who have no virtual relationship with the deceased. Apparently, the stepchildren will pursue a lawsuit as they are the only one who has the legal rights to file a case.

In California, stepchildren have the right to file a lawsuit even they have no direct relationship with their stepparent.

Just before Bruce Jenner wrongful death lawsuit will be filed, the stepchildren were reportedly getting ready for the case. MIRROR reported that the stepchildren were asking their lawyer to gather as much photos and proofs that they have relationship with Howe.

Sources revealed that Howe has dedicated trust fund worth multi-million for charity. She also indicated in her will that $55,000 will be given to different animal charities. Despite allegations that a wrongful death lawsuit will be filed, the stepchildren are not reportedly credible to inherit Howe's fortunes.

Howe is living alone and has no living relatives. Her husband passed away in 2003.

Jeffrey D. Wolf, Kim Howe's stepdaughter's attorney has not confirmed that Bruce Jenner wrongful death lawsuit will be filed. Wolf told ET Online that Howe's stepdaughter had real relationship with her stepmother and she was so much affected and hurt with her death.

From the time the accident happened on Feb. 7, Bruce Jenner has cooperated with the authorities. Jenner has not been accused of any offense after passing sobriety test.

The former Olympian has also submitted a blood sample for alcohol and drug testing. Authorities are also reportedly planning to get Jenner's mobile phone's records.

Amidst facing the aftermath of the fatal car accident and now Bruce Jenner wrongful death lawsuit were reported, the 65-year-old Jenner apparently underwent into breast implants a few weeks ago in line with his controversial gender transition.

RadarOnline added that Jenner will be having a full gender reassignment surgery by May or June.
