Taco Bell Breakfast Gets MORE Interesting With Biscuit Taco PLUS Frito Taco [VIDEO]

It seems that the company that made Chihuahuas famous in the 90s has truly embraced its desire to fall into absolute decadence, as they'll often add more items to their regular menus or their Taco Bell breakfasts that'll make people raise an eyebrow - now that the Waffle Taco is out of the menu, there are two new breakfast items to choose from.

As Food World News reported, the Biscuit Taco, one of the most recent Taco Bell breakfast experiments, was tested in San Antonio, Texas, Los Angeles and Orange County, California as well as in Atlanta, Georgia, before making it big on its wide release, but it seems like the Tex-Mex chain is finally ready to show the entire country the new menu items.

According to The New York Times, the first major addition to the Taco Bell breakfast is the Biscuit Taco, something that the company's Chief Marketing Officer, Chris Brandt, has described as being a "warm, fluffy, buttery biscuit, folded in the shape of a taco."

As USA Today reports, the first innovation in the field of Taco Bell breakfast items was the Waffle Taco, which was basically a waffle used as a tortilla to wrap up an egg, some cheese and either sausage or bacon - the same choices you get for the Biscuit Taco, though the new item is also available with crispy chicken, which can feature either jalapeño honey or country gravy.

Another new item in the menu - although it's not a Taco Bell breakfast item - is the Frito Taco, which is served in a Fritos-made shell, an item that's entering the company's menu.

Ever since the launch of the company's breakfast menu, they've tried over and over again to spice it up, including a stint at Cap'n Crunch Donuts served in the morning.

As Slate Magazine reports, the Taco Bell breakfast stand became clear in their most recent ad for their morning menu, entitled "Routine Republic," where the world is led by very McDonald's-looking clowns that force people to eat the same breakfast every day, an obvious pun on the long-standing Egg McMuffin.
