Ingredients
3 cups flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 ounces unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup Toblerone chocolate, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a muffin pan.
2. In a large bowl, sift all dry ingredients.
3. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients; combine just until incorporated. Fold in the chopped Toblerone.
5. Fill muffin liner about 3/4 full and bake for 20 minutes.
