Having a cup of oatmeal smoothie every morning is a healthy habit.
Ingredients
1 cup milk or soy milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1-2 tsp sugar
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
1. In a blender, blend milk, oats, and fruits. Add sugar and vanilla, and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into transparent glasses. Serve.
